Turbine blades: We can do the refurbishment of radial & axial both turbocharger damaged turbine blades by using our certified engineer, maker recommended working instruction of rebuilding procedure of super alloy materials & infrastructure.
Nozzle ring: We can repair the nozzle ring dent, crack & deformation and ensure the reuse of component
Turbine diffuser & Cover ring: We can rebuild the worn area what will ensure the actual performance of the components
Gas inlet casing/Gas outlet casing/Turbine casing/Sealing cover: We can rebuild the mentioned components worn area and do the repair of thermal crack by using cold repair on cast iron components
Turbine shaft: We can rebuild the damaged bearing journal, true run correction and shaft sealing area repair
